Why Do I Need Employment Documents?
From April 2020, the largest reform in employment legislation was introduced, called The Good Work Plan.
This means it is law to ensure you have provided your employees with the full and correct documentation on day 1 of their employment with you.
It is not just employees who are entitled to receive a written document setting out their basic terms, the right has been extended to workers too.
As of the 6th April 2020, employees and workers are entitled to any Written Particulars from day one of employment.
