NORI HR continues to grow exponentially, welcoming three new full time staff members.
The on-going COVID-19 pandemic has increased the requirement and demand for HR support, in particular around issues including furlough, redundancy, dependence and holiday leave.
Dawn Hughes and Lizzie Knowles have been recruited in the position of Senior HR Advisors, with Harriett Hibble joining the Marketing team as Digital Marketing Apprentice.
The new team members will support NORI HR & Employment Law as the company continues to grow following new client acquisitions including a large franchise of multiple fast food restaurants, the Local Medical Council and a wide range of micro and SME business.
The expanded team will all be based from the new NORI HR office based at Oswaldtwistle Mills Business & Conference centre, in the heart of Lancashire. The move into the new office follows a complete refurbishment of the facilities, designed by WSG Interior Systems Ltd and project managed by local office furniture & interior consultants Elgra Furniture. The centre will also host NORI HR CPD accredited workshops throughout the year.
