Hi, I am Jarrod Martin, and I was appointed Sales Director at the start of May 2023.
I work closely alongside Amrita, Jason and Richard, running and guiding the sales function of the business and identifying ways to add value to conntinually deliver exceptional client experiences.
Joining NORI HR and Employment Law has come from following and admiring the business from afar in the past 18 months. NORI HR’s values, ethos and the way they conduct themselves and communicate with their clients is something that really aligned with my values.
In terms of background, I have 20 years’ experience in the HR industry ranging from multinationals to start ups and have seen first hand, how relieved and relaxed business owners and senior management teams are when they know they have a professional and experienced outsourced HR resource to support them.
Joining this family run business makes me excited for the journey, the desire to make NORI HR the best at what we do really is infectious.
