Senior HR Advisor Lizzie Knowles is hosting a special webinar for Employers on Thursday 21st October that’s free to attend.
We’ve gone pink and blue to support Baby Loss Awareness Week.
The aim is to raise more awareness of pregnancy and bay loss including the impact it has on individuals and families, provide support to anyone affected through bereavement, work alongside health professionals and services and reduce preventable deaths.
This session is designed to support Employers have a better understanding how to support Employees suffering from baby loss and miscarriage.
Employers have a duty to understand the rights of workers, but should also, to the benefit of everyone, want to know how to handle and support employees suffering from bereavement, sadness and loss.
This campaign is championed by our Senior HR Advisor Lizzie Knowles who’s Sister and family sadly suffered bereavement, as baby Evan was stillborn in June 2020.
Every attendee will also receive a free Miscarriage and Baby Loss Policy.
The session will last approximately 40 minutes. Lizzie will also provide opportunities for anyone to ask questions in the session or outside the session if too personal to discuss in front of others.
