Organised by UCLan’s UpSkilling Lancashire project, this free webinar has been designed to offer businesses practical information and advice on a range of post lockdown HR topics.
Industry expert, Jason Govindji-Bruce from NORI HR and Employment Law, will facilitate the session, providing a common-sense overview of a variety of relevant post lockdown HR issues, including:
- Relating HR policy to post lockdown requirements
- Employee matters, including remote working, social distancing & risk assessing
- HR guidance linked to any restructuring requirements
- Staff/team engagement
