We are delighted to welcome Gary Foster to the team in the position of Senior HR Advisor.
Gary joins us with over 16 years’ experience in outsourced HR and Employment Law and has supported developing and established SMEs including national and international brand names across a wide range of sectors.
Whilst Gary will be supporting clients with day-to-day HR and Employment Law questions and processes, he has a wealth of experience in looking at the long term strategic goals of senior management teams in the development and protection of people management. A well performing business embraces a good working culture, ethos and values which reduces potential HR and Employment Law related problems. This in turn increases people development, trust and retention. Gary’s experience with leadership teams will be invaluable for some of our smaller business clients that are typically starved of resources or experience in this area, as they work in their business, rather than on the business.
