Hyndburn HR Consultants Award Finalists
NORI HR & Employment Law, a family owned Hyndburn HR consultants, have been named as finalists in the Hyndburn Business Awards 2020 ‘New Business’ category.
In addition, NORI HR were also nominated by clients for the ‘Customer Service’ award.
Director Jason Govindji-Bruce was delighted to receive the news and commented “As Hyndburn HR Consultants, we are so pleased to have been recognised locally for the growth we have achieved in our first year and supporting local businesses and charities”.
The Hyndburn Business Awards is an annual event that identifies and celebrates Hyndburn businesses delivering quality and supporting the diversity of businesses in the area. Great Hyndburn businesses make the Hyndburn region a great place to work, live and attract visitors for business and leisure.
In 2020, the Hyndburn Business Awards amassed over 500 business nominations for over 100 businesses locally. Competition is strong which is great news for the local business community and the people it serves.
What Does A Hyndburn HR Consultants Finalist Look Like?
Jason explained “We received an email from the Hyndburn Business Award judges to say that we had been nominated by clients in the Customer Service Award. This is great news for us as we focus our 24/7/365 support and everything we do on transparency for our customers. To be recognised for this and hearing clients taking the time to tell others is very humbling to know”.
Jason continued “To then be told we had become finalists in another category ‘New Business Award’ was the cherry on top of the cake.”
“It is great to look back at the day we established the business and see just how far we have come. Within 12 months myself and wife Amrita Govindji-Bruce (Director and non practising solicitor) had our first baby, set up the business, employed 2 more full time team members, have supported employers from a wide range of B2B and B2C businesses and raised over £3,000 for local charities, including Hyndburn’s own Community Solutions NorthWest” in Accrington.

The Hyndburn Business Awards 2020 final takes place on Tuesday 17th November 2020.
