The Role:

This newly developed position will be key to our continued growth and success.

You will be creating, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns that requires consistent and clear communication with internal management, client, supplier, and partner interactions. You will be supporting the business to extend its reach, increase brand awareness, and solidify NORI HR as a leading national brand.

• Development of content to compliment the client journey.
• Creation of, output and management of all social media activity including interaction with connections and supporting employees with their social work feeds.
• Creation of E-shot content, campaigns, strategies and reporting / analysis.
• Creation of content in multiple formats including copy, graphics and video for a range of platforms, in particular our website in tandem with our SEO strategy.
• Distribution of content and upkeep of profiles on external directory and membership sites.
• Produce management reports and summarise marketing activities and effectiveness (Google analytics, social media etc).
• Brand monitoring, upkeep and maximising positive exposure including social, reviews and awards applications.

About You:

• Experience in planning and delivering multiple marketing campaigns.
• Experience with multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Awareness of and ability to adopt new trends and applications.
• Work with the Sales Director, Telemarketer and Operations Directors to create and deliver on campaigns and strategies to maximise impact and brand growth.
• Set, manage, and produce work in line with strict deadlines both internally and in partnership with outsourced providers and partners.
• Excellent client interaction/organisational skills.
