Job Vacancy: Senior HR Advisor

Accrington based NORI HR & Employment Law are a family firm supporting businesses of all sizes manage day to day tasks, complexities and legal requirements of employment law.

Our support is bespoke to our clients and based on best practice, to enable clients to practically apply in their business. Clients can choose from a wide range of support, including HR Consultancy Services, HR Business Partner Services, HR Documents, Commercial Documentation, On-Site Support and CPD Accredited Workshops for key decision makers.

We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to our award winning team.

The Role:

Job responsibilities of HR Advisor:

• Provide day to day HR and Employment Law advice to clients in the following areas:
  • Investigations & Disciplinaries
  • Grievances
  • Redundancy
  • TUPE
  • SOSR
  • Sickness and Absences
• Work with the Directors of the company to on-board new clients
• Onboarding calls of new clients to understand how their business operates and what specific T&Cs they want within their documentation
• Draft client documentation for review before they are uploaded onto the secure client portal
• Work with the Director’s on new content for the website and HR Toolkit
• Create bespoke precedent packs
• Overseeing the HR Advisor’s and ensuring they are receiving continuous training and feedback
• Delegation of work to ensure that the workload is spread evenly over the team
• Continuous review of advice given and identifying areas of improvement
• Working with the marketing department for new content to push on social media and through our monthly E-shots
• Responsible for complex case work from preparation and advice

The Package:

• 25 hours per week with the option of increasing to full time after probationary period
• £37,500 FTE – as the position is starting on 25 hours, the initial annual salary will be £25,000
• 35 days annual leave inclusive of public / bank holidays – pro-rata for part time employees
• A share of the departmental commission which is 1.5% of renewals
